“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” –Psalm 23:6

  • Spring

What is your favorite season of year? Why?

Although my birthday is in the summer—and I absolutely LOVE celebrating my birthday—spring is most definitely my favorite season. Spring is like a breath of fresh air. It’s when everything comes to life and new things begin to grow. Birds seem to sing louder during the spring. The grass is greener. The flowers and trees are more vibrant.

Yes, spring is my absolute favorite season.☺️🌺

  • I Blocked The Outside Noises

What is one way you have grown this year?

Old picture. Boy, do I miss Twitter!😢

I have finally managed to block the outside noises of others’ opinions, suggestions, and thoughts. I honestly thought I moving to the beat of my own drums until I decided to disconnect from social media. I mean, I was doing my own thing before I disconnected; however, I now notice that social media had a greater influence on my daily life than I realized—just being honest and transparent.

We say we’re free thinkers. We believe we’re free thinkers. But when we spend most of our day (most of the time unnoticed) scrolling through social media feeds, our thoughts and feelings are influenced by what we see, hear, and read. Disconnecting from social media has allowed me to reconnect with myself, which is what I consider growth.☺️

Thanks for allowing me to share!

Signed and sealed with love and gratitude,
    Shaun♥️
