Happiness Is What You Define It To Be

What’s a common misconception people have about happiness?

I believe people put too much thought into certain words and how they should be defined. For example, people often use the words happy, joy, and content interchangeably, and when they do, there’s always someone there who will tell them those words don’t mean the same OR they’ll say something to the effect that happiness comes in spurts while joy is a state of being.

And guess what that does?

It throws a damper on whatever wonderful feelings that person was experiencing. Now the person’s mood has changed because they’re trying to figure out which of the three feelings they were actually experiencing before that person threw in the unnecessary information.

So, Happiness…

I believe happiness is whatever the person define it to be. It’s what YOU define it to be.

Now go Be Happy!😊

Signed and sealed with love and gratitude,
Shaun♥️
